To ensure the smoothest possible experience for both students and instructors, we have developed a set of comprehensive cancellation policies. At Creative Spirit Art School, we strive to provide the best possible learning experience for our students. It's important for us to maintain a fair and balanced approach to cancellations, taking into consideration the commitment of both parties involved. The following policies apply to all our classes and workshops in the Arts & Entertainment - Visual Arts and Design category:

Cancellation Deadlines

We kindly ask all students to notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class or workshop. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and give other eager learners a chance to join. For cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance, we may not be able to provide a refund or reschedule the missed session.

Refund Policy

At Creative Spirit Art School, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making a refund necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of the class or workshop will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be eligible for a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the total class or workshop cost.
  • We may consider granting a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or extreme cases beyond your control. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

Rescheduling Options

If you are unable to attend a class or workshop as originally planned, we offer the following rescheduling options:

  • Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session will be accommodated, subject to availability. We will do our best to find an alternative date that suits you.
  • Please note that rescheduling may not always be possible due to limited availability and demand for our classes. We recommend reaching out to us as soon as you know about a potential conflict.

No-Shows

We understand that unexpected situations may occur, but we kindly request that you inform us in advance if you are unable to attend a class or workshop. Failure to notify us in advance and not showing up without prior communication may result in the forfeiture of your registration fee.
