Cancellation Deadlines
We kindly ask all students to notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class or workshop. This allows us to make necessary arrangements and give other eager learners a chance to join. For cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance, we may not be able to provide a refund or reschedule the missed session.
Refund Policy
At Creative Spirit Art School, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making a refund necessary. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the start of the class or workshop will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date will be eligible for a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee of 20% of the total class or workshop cost.

If you are unable to attend a class or workshop as originally planned, we offer the following rescheduling options:

No-Shows
